Locking Instructions

We offer luggage that comes complete with a TSA-approved luggage lock. Here’s our step-by-step guide on how to use them, from determining which lock style you have to setting your lock combination and more.

Identify your lock style

How to SET

Lock Style 1

When your suitcase arrives, your lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA lock for the zippers to release.
To reset your combination, follow the below steps,
1. Locate the pin hole next to the dial. Push pin hole with a pen or pencil.
2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 8-8-8).
3. Set by sliding the TSA Lock button (c) to the right direction until you hear a "tick" sound.
4. Snap the zippers back into the lock.
lf you need to reset the password, repeat steps 1-4.
Note: Please keep in mind that the password is the only key to open your suitcase.

HOW TO SET

Lock Style 2

When your suitcase arrives, your lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA lock for the zippers to release.
To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 8-8-8).
3. Set by sliding the TSA Lock button to the direction of the lock until you hear a "tick" sound.
4. Snap the zippers back into the lock.

HOW TO SET

Lock Style 3

When your suitcase arrives, your NINETYGO lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA button for the zippers to release.
1. Turn the dials to 0-0-0.
2. Move the "SET" switch (A) from the position in "Fig.1" to the position in "Fig.2" with a pen or a tool.
3. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 8-8-8);
4. Then move the reset button from "SET" to the original position.
5. Push the button (C) to the left, the left zipper unzipped, push the button (C) to the right, the right zipper unzipped.
lf you need to reset the password, repeat steps 1-4.
