- Ninetygo warrants this product against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

- This warranty covers the following parts:
- Trolley system
- Handle
- Lock
- Wheels
Warranty Service
- Free repair is provided for covered components during the warranty period
- Repair service for approved warranty claims will be carried out at no charge
Proof of Purchase
- Please retain your purchase receipt or warranty card, as they are required to obtain warranty service.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or mishandling
- Corrosion or exposure to extreme conditions
- Damage caused by airlines, carriers, or third parties
For damage occurring during air transportation or consignment, please contact the airline or carrier immediately for compensation.
Other Conditions
- Damage resulting from missing parts or unauthorized modifications is not covered
